Description

Delivery Condition:
*Bicycles will not be delivered as fitted, it will be delivered in a box.
*If customer wants to fitting product, customer has to pay TK 200 as fitting service charge.
*Fitting Service is applicable only for all Metropolitan area of the country. No Fitting Service will be done if the area is not under Metropolitan area.
*After completion of delivery, Duranta concerned person will visit customer for fitting the bicycle (if fitting service attribute is selected and if the area is under Metropolitan City).
*Customer has to call on toll-free number: 01933307999 if the bicycle fitting service is not done within 3 working days of delivery.

Note:
* Customers are requested to check the product properly while receiving. Product replacement is not allowed after the product is received by the customer.
* If customer get any defective product, customer has to raise complain within 3 days after receiving. After 3 days no complain will be acceptable.
Product delivery duration may vary due to product availability in stock.
